Description

I'm honored to bring yoga and meditation to the N. Rockdale/Conyers area.

I instruct Hatha, Restorative and Mindfulness Meditation. I have small group classes Monday thru Thursday. First group class always free.

Studio located on 6 peaceful acres. Nature is close thru many windows. Props, straps and blocks abound. Please bring your own mat. Shower and towels available.
