Empowering a Healthy Lifestyle! Our goal at Crescent Yoga Studio is to help you on your path to better health & wellness. Welcome to Ellis County's premier Yoga Studio & Eco-Boutique offering over 18 classes a week including a wide variety of styles to fit your personal needs and goals. We also offer special series classes, workshops, private yoga, Reiki, infrared sauna sessions & nutrition sessions (by appointment), and host yoga & natural health events throughout the year. Come feel your stress & tension melt away.

CYS teachers are caring, compassionate and certified/registered with Yoga Alliance. They are passionate about sharing their knowledge with each of our students by fostering a welcoming, non-judgmental atmosphere where everyone can learn & grow at their own pace.

Credentials

I have been teaching the joys of yoga for over 20 years in the Ellis County/South Dallas area and opened Crescent Yoga Studio in April 2010. I became a Member of Yoga Alliance in 2006 at the RYT200 level, E-RYT200, RYT500, YACEP.
