Description

I am a 500RYT and I want to share the gifts of yoga with the world.

I've been in the medical field for over 23 years, I've worked in different pain management practices and when I found yoga I realized, all these patients I see every single day could truly benefits from Yoga.

I love it! I can honestly say it has given me 10 years of my life back.. easy. I feel younger, happier and life is so much better because of the things I've learned in yoga.

I am constantly giving yoga away... because I know how wonderful people will feel.. I want everyone to enjoy it.
