I am a small yoga studio owner in Northern Virginia, primarily serving Loudoun County. I specialize in gentle yoga for all ages and body types, but am particularly passionate about bringing yoga to people who may never have thought they could "do" yoga (e.g., those in larger bodies, with osteoporosis, and arthritis).
