Increasing Calf Flexibility

Improving calf flexibility is an issue for many people coming to yoga and even experienced practitioners. Tight calf muscles make it difficult to get the heels down in Downward Dog, and keep the back heel down in standing poses like Revolved Triangle, Warrior I, Parsvottanasana, etc. In this practice, Julie offers a daily routine of calf stretching, starting with gentle stretches and progressing to increasingly challenging stretches.
