Backbends strengthen your back body, build muscles for better posture and open your heart - all things that will make you feel better physically and mentally! Opening the front of the body requires a lot of mobility in the shoulders, hips and spine. In this class we focus on creating space in these parts of the body to make your backbends more easeful.
