Getting the Upper Hand on Downward Dog 1
With
Kate Heffernan
Session 1. Downward dog is the bread and butter pose of any Vinyasa practice. But it is a complex pose requiring considerable flexibility in shoulders, hamstrings, and spine. In this session we focus on stretching the hamstrings and calves for better alignment in downward dog. This session is one of a series of classes addressing common trouble spots in downward dog, using props and presenting modifications.
