Exploring Graceful Transitions with Arm Balances

An “advanced” yoga practice is not defined by what you can do, but how you do it. This is a great theme to explore both on and off the yoga mat. In this class we work on arm balances, a very challenging group of yoga poses, but we’ll add to that a focus on finding grace in our transitions to also add an element of ease and gracefulness to our practice.
