Giulia Pline

Yoga & Mobility Educator and Specialist

Giulia Pline began studying and practicing yoga to supplement her dance training during her time as a B.F.A Dance major at The Boston Conservatory. Yoga became a natural extension of dance for her, providing a different path to discover more about herself.

Fast forward a few years and injuries later, she expanded how she views and teaches yoga through her pursuits of extensive studies in movement and kinesiology, anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. As a Yoga & Mobility Specialist, she integrates multidisciplinary methods of movement and yoga + science to educate, optimize, enhance and inspire physical well-being.

Her teaching integrates yoga, mobility practices, breathwork, and knowledge from the physical therapy world. She believes that working this way evolves, inspires, and expands our movement and breath vocabulary sheds light on how we can create more efficiency and clarity within our own individual mechanics and helps us stay healthful, intentional, curious, and connected as practitioners, movers, and humans.
